Anyone do wiring?

So i picked up a 86 hydrosport. to say the least it has gremlins, i was wondering does anyone have a shop manual or has done some wiring on older boats that wouldn't mind giving me some advice. ive really confused myself at this point so any advice would be appreciated.

You best bet would be www.bassboatcentral.com.
Otherwise I'd rewire it from the ground up if you want to clean it up.

If you go to Bass boat central make sure you look for a post that is attached to the top of the Stratos fourm titled wiring diagram. If my memory is correct in 1986 Stratos and Hydra-Sport were both owned buy OMC and both were produced at the same plant. There maybe information that can help you in the post mentioned.

Yes that is the link I posted on thier web site. I copied and paste them to that site from another post. The person who orginally posted the info had it in a printable PDF file which is much easier to read. Some of the fine print words are hard to read so if you need the print version I will see if I can locate the email address for the guy who has it.
