Nice fish! Where is lake Shelby? And it looks as if you are bank fishing, are you allowed to put a boat on lake Shelby? Thanks!

Thanks. Its in Shelbyville Ky. I was fishing off the bank, I actually really enjoy it. With the weather conditions this year It has been much easier to bank it rather than fool with my boat. You can put a boat in.

Hey thanks man! Just looking for a decent fishery closer to home. About the best lake I've found close to me is Cumberland and it's 1 1/2 hours from where I live. There's a creek where I live that's decent, but not great. Are there good numbers of bass in this lake? Thanks.

I had no idea there was bass that size in that little lake. Friends of mine use to run that camp up there. Gusty is gone now, I don't know if Bob still has anything to do with it or not...

Shelby is a nice lake.......I've fished it quite a few times, but as everyone knows who fishes it.........it is a SMALL LAKE and pressure will definitely affect it.

Bob is still running it...She weighed 7 on one scale and 6-13 on the other, I will be buying a digital scale if I can get over to BPS anytime soon. The place is kinda of tough... Loads of bobber fisherman out there.
