Newbie from nicholasville here. Used to do ALOT of fishing with my grandad who is a Bass-addict. boatless at the time saving up for a decent little jon boat. haven't done much fishing from the banks other than a couple times on elkhorn in a long time, just wondering for now if you all can point me in the right directions to do some local bank fishing and even some boatable creek/river fishing when i can aquire a jon boat.

yeah. just "been out of the game" for a few years other than a couple trips to my buddies farm that elkhorn runs through. So don't really know much other than public park ponds.
