Help at Rocky Point

I have a Top 8 tourny out of Rocky Point next weekend and would like to get some water reports. Is that part of the river still way up and muddy or closer to summer pool? The KY Corps of Eng. has the upper level at Cannelton listed at 10.9. Is the main river able to be ran or is better to just stay in Deer Creek? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I drove over there today and the water had a murky color to it. There was a good bit of small drift floating in the river. Water looked about a ft high in the creaks compared to normal pool.
