Now why didn't you take your lazy rearend to Clarksville and New Albany so we know what condition those ramps are? lol

Okay smarty pants - I drove by both today at lunch.

Clarksville Ramp - still very much underwater and the gate across it is locked

New Albany - open, ramp is clear, and they are still cleaning off the asphalt. They are cleaning it by driving a backhoe down the ramp, filling the bucket with river water, and driving back up to the parking area and dumping it.

Water is high and swift at both ramps.
