Bug glad to hear your allright,me and the guy's have been wondering where you've been. I hope and pray you heal up fast and comence to keepin us guy's inline. ChuckOver the last several months I have wondered how you were doing. Glad to know you are washing, and waxing, and giving that last fender a final shine with the seat of your pants. LOL.
I'm really wishing I had a pretty red truck to wash and wax but I don't think that will be anymore. It's a long story and I don't mean to steal your "thunder." (Pun intended). I rolled ours down a steep embankment late Sun. afternoon; twice in the air and three times on the ground; it's a total loss and I was almost a total loss. Trapped upside down, hung by the seat belt and penned under the steering wheel for what seemed like eternity until the rescue squad could cut the truck apart and pull me out. I am home on bedrest, black and blue all over, feeling like I got into a demolition derby with a freight train.... and lost. I don't know what caused the accident but an eyewitness said the U-Haul trailer I was towing at 45 mph jacknifed when I hit a dip in the road. I am so grateful to God that I'm still here to see each beautiful sunrise.
Hey Mrs. Bug!
Glad you posted... Sorry to see you had a tumble. You had mentioned before about some health issues....that stuff over now? Just curious how life has been treating you. Take care!
Hang in there Bug and glad it was no worse than it was. Rest up, Heal up and hope you are back on your feet soon
Not over but much improved. The neurosurgeon thought the surgery to repair my neck was too risky; I'm still dealing with the torn rotator cuff also. I spent 3 hours in the ER with 4 doctors doing all kinds of x-rays, cat scans, etc, Sun. night because the seat belt was holding me up by my neck and I had deep abrasions from it. No broken bones although my right foot was trapped and hanging out the window; I just have some numbness in the instep which is sore and makes it feel weird.
The Good Lord has been good to me and I am now living in my new house. About a month after I moved in, a tornado that was passing just out of range sent an 85 mph wind gust that took 10 shingles. They were replaced the next day and everything is fine. Thanks for asking; I have missed everyone very much.
It's about time you came back to us Bug, we been asking about ya....![]()
