Gentlemen,
I'm sure this is going to stir a storm that I don't intend, but you need to go back and re-read the comments already posted. Most of these postings come off as very arrogant:

"I was fishing near the bank in the ski zone." Would it have been better if he was towing a skier?

"No hard feelings for pleasure boaters just don't get too close to me and don't run back and forth over the same stretch of water behind me!" So if its behind you, you own it?

Point made and understood. Point is we must all share the water and give RESPECT to others on the water. No to difficult to understand, but sometimes maybe we forget.
