I doubt it.
I wouldn't think "Government" guys would be traipsing around South Ky in Blue Suits these days.
The $100 for 1400 acres she aleges is not a fair price. 5th amendment states:
"...nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
Possibly she is selling her CD's or just being generality annoying.
