The Penn State Head Basketball coach left to be the Head Coach of NAVY. I thought it was supposed to be moving from a barely mid major like Navy to Penn State. He was not forced out and I don't remember when Penn State was in the big dance last until this past season. Shows me that Penn State is no where committed to making the round ball a priority and the Big Ten Conference is on the decline.
