Knute (the heathen) and I spent about 6 hours on the Ohio river above Mcalpine today. I managed to catch 4 nice cats (biggest was 8 lbs) and Knute was skunked. I needed a fishing day as I hadn't been on the water since the Dale trip. The boat ran fine, the weather was beautiful but I forgot my fishing hat and may have burned the "thinning" areas on top and back of my head. I did spray myself down with 70 proof suntan block so I hope my head doesn't start peeling in a few days.
