I fished with Jack from Bass Pro last week in Indiana and he gave me a fly to use. He called it a Kreel Minnow and it is designed by Mossy Creek Fly Fishing. They call it Brass Eyed Kreelex. It is tied similar to a Clouser, but has two different tie in areas and it uses a material called Kreinik Flash. According to Jack, the material is hard to find but you can get it at mossycreekstore.com.
This fly could be the most versatile fly I have used. I fished it with Jack on Friday and caught plentyh of large bluegill and some decent bass including one about 16 inches and about 3 pounds.
I took the same fly to a local pond for a few hours yesterday evening and caught a ton of fish. Here are some photos from yesterday.

Only caught one fish on the surface, despite seeing lots of surface activity in the evening.
