Hey everyone, i am thinking about heading there tonight. But im curious to where you all catfish when you go bank fish it? Are you able to go all the way down the left of the fence to the creek? I usually just fish to the right of the boat ramp. But never had any "great" luck, so helping me out would be much appriciated.

I don't fish for catfish, though they tend to gobble my spinner baits and crank baits...but I use that ramp often and see most people fish off the docks. Not sure if they're still there after the floods we had, but that's my two cents.

Yeah, with them starting up there spawn they will hit anything that comes near. I guess they can be a pain in the rear for us when we are bass fishing.

years ago we used to go into west point to their little park and walk down to the mouth of the salt and the ohio. fish on bottom and used to catch a lot of fish there.
