Impulsive buy yesterday, a new 7'0'' MH Abu Garcia Veritas ...

Took it this morning and loved it! Great feel, light but man does it have some backbone. Was pitchin' and making short casts with a texas rigged creature (3/8 oz weight).

Some complain about the reel seat but I did not have any problems and actually love the way it exposes the blank of the rod.

Figured I would share. As of now, would recommend it to anyone. Great rod at that particular price point.
