If he wasn't a convicted felon then he has the exact same rights as you and I, gangbanger thug or not.....It is against all New York laws, but to be honest he wasn't doing anything most of us havent done, other than shooting his own stupid self....To be honest, if I were a high profile athlete, I would probably keep protection on me also....You know never know what an overzealous, highly intoxicated Jets fan might be willing to do
