That crap in Nutville by Nugent got blown out of proportion. Baiting is legal for deer in this state Tim. If a state record was standing in a food plot I sowed you wouldn't shoot it right because you are above that, yes that is considered baiting to. Why does Kentucky consider it legal and you don't. California stinks in every way and their laws are bogus. Also his Michigan ranch is not all fenced and has a good area for free roam. He had to fence in some areas on both his places because of exotic animals and STATE laws you drum beat so loudly for. Also to keep people out as well.

That stuff about draft dodging is alot of bull. He was a teenage rock and roll punk and didn't want to go get shot at but that stuff you posted is alot of internet garbage with no proof to back it up. By the way I hate draft dodgers, Bill Clinton was one. You are right Sarah Palin is a dumbass, Plexiglass Burress is a model citizen I don't know what I was thinking. Never figured you Tim for a far left liberal, who knew.....

It doesn't matter that baiting is legal for deer in this state Mark, he wasn't hunting in this state. Do you see the difference here? Also, despite what dear old uncle Ted says, there is a huge difference in a food plot and baiting. Enough of a difference IMO as to be laughable to compare the two.

And to answer your question, yes I am above baiting. Sorry, but it is a lazy man's way to hunt. If someone wants to bait and it is legal, that is their choice, but I wouldn't do it.

As for his draft dodging, it is what it is. It makes him no better than Clinton, Ali or anybody else who dodged the draft. You cannot separate the actions of the two based on the fact that you like one and dislike the other. The biggest difference is that Clinton, Ali and others do not go around preaching to people about how they are great Americans who stand up for peoples rights. Nugent is nothing but a reformed hippy coward who found an audience he could make a lot of money off of without having to soil his hands doing anything honest. Plus, I would be willing to bet that most of what has been said about his draft dodging and soiling himself is true, because he has yet to deny it in anything I can find published. BTW Mark, if you hate draft dodgers (as you claim) why are you on here defending one?

I wouldn't exactly call Palin a dumbass, just someone who is not as smart as some would have you believe. Yet, some would have her be POTUS. Instead of addressing this reality some would rather spout about how bad the others are! WE ALREADY KNOW HOW BAD THE OTHERS ARE! It doesn't make Palin any smarter. This is a misdirection play that fails all of the time.

As for my left liberal leanings, that is so effin hilarious that it doesn't deserve a response, but it will get one any way. I have not voted for a liberal or democrat in any national race EVER! In my life I have only voted for one democrat in a state race (although that is getting ready to change because there is no way in Hades that I will vote for the anti Kentuckian David Williams for Governor). Sorry Mark, you are WAAAYY off base on that one.

Btw, I only defended Buress on the gun charges because I thought he got too much time for something that I believe should be legal because the Constitution outweighs NYC laws. Never once did I say anything other than this and I would say the same thing if it was Ted Nugent, Lady Gaga or Mark Hall that was carrying a gun for self protection.

I have never shot doves over bait period. Probabkly because I have never participated in a dove shoot. The only dove shoot I have ever been to was a Wheelin' Sportsmen dove shoot last year and all I did was take pics and do interviews for a magazine story!

Btw, you can call me any name you want and I don't care because I just spent 45 minutes talking to Coach Crum about fly fishing! Nothing can bring me down!!!
