Striper Fishing

Hey guys, im heading to the salt river/ohio river where they meet at the mouth. Of course i will have my catfish poles out, but im wanting to catch some of these! I have no experience with them other than there deliciousness. If you can give me info on bait,rods,line, or whatever i need to know about it let me know, thanks in advance.

chciken liver and shad work for bait. i use a 20lb line on a 7ft catfish pole. and for the big boys i use a 30lb line on a 9ft pole. fishing right off the bottom or with the moving current is when i seem to have ther best luck.
