I would make that swap in a hearbeat. You ever been to New Jersey? With New Jersey's gun control laws and other ridiculous governmental policies I am not sure they are actually part of the U.S. anyway.

BTW, the wife and i went on a Cruise and the very first stop was in P.R., we got off the ship..walked about 500 yards and saw how slum lookin it all looked. Turned around and got right back on the ship...nuttin in that place interests me at all.....

Ya know why don't you? They (PR) sent a delegation to NJ. The delgation reported back if that's what being a state is like, they ought stand clear.
