Let's just give them New Jersey and LA. and call it even....no need in adding another state to the already screwed up ones we have any way.....

BTW, the wife and i went on a Cruise and the very first stop was in P.R., we got off the ship..walked about 500 yards and saw how slum lookin it all looked. Turned around and got right back on the ship...nuttin in that place interests me at all.....
