Re: Where to fish In Bowling Green??

Well i tried Drake's at Phil Moore, the water was up and muddy from the rain. And no one was catching anything.

Today (Sunday) I went to Jining's at Glen Lily Road. Even with the extra flow, and mud, I was able to catch a decent Rainbow Trout.

Does anyone know when they Stock it? All I could find from KDFW was the months stocked.

I fish all the creeks around BG.I fish for Bass.Saturday i fished a tournament and placed 3rd on Trammel.Missed a few that would have made me a winner. That being said if you want i'll take you down the creek if you have a ride back too my car.I managed too catch a 19inch SM and lost by 3/4 of an inch.

I may have to take you up on that offer.

I'll be leaving for home this weekend(7/1-7/4) and will be going home for the rest of the summer on the 8th. But if you want to hit up a creek on a week day evening I can do that.

If you don't mind driving a little I would highly recommend getting a peabody wma permit. It is 49,000 square acres covering three counties. With countless lakes, ponds, puts ect. with lots of bank access. It also backs up to the green river around the Rochester dam. You can fish from the dam if you want or in the tail waters which is where I like to fish.
