I can do Saturday. Where are you putting in and where are you taking out? I went by Romanza the other day and it was packed. I have my own kayak btw.

    Creek smallies are a blast.

I put in at Old State Rd Bridge & take out at 1332 bridge.Sat. would be cool. What kinda ride do you have & can it haul 2 yaks.Give me a call and lets go get some big creek SM.After all the rain last night it sould be ready by then.Friday i will run by and see just where too go.I have found a spot for LM too and its a up paddle so no shuttle needed if you can't make it.

Hey first of all I just want to say nice SM. I too am an avid river basser here in southern KY. I do have some concerns that I want to voice with you. As you know SM fishing in the creeks and rivers are some of the best fishing that we have. I don't know about you but me personally and the group of guys I fish with catch and release all SM. Simply for the fact that if we take all of these nice fish out they are gone for years and years. Do you catch and release SM? Also i feel that you are advertising these fish on the forum and other fisherman are not as conservative and will undoubtedly keep these fish. I have no problem with you showing pictures, however giving locations away is a sure way to deplete our beloved SM. Also I am interested in your creek tournaments. Is it also catch and release? Sorry if I come across as rude, but I like you really enjoy catching these nice SM and if we give away all of our information about it they may be gone, or too educated to catch! Please respond and let me know how you feel about it.
    Thanks,
    David

Secrets out it seems. Been out though. KDFWR publishes fishing access spots. I started a webpage when i was in HS some years ago about South-Central KY stream fishing for smallmouths. Granted it was a class project and didn't exactly generate a substantial number of "hits."

Is the Elkhorn fished out? It recieves a lot more pub than Trammel.

West Fork of Drakes has some nice smallies too, but I wouldn't recommend eating them!

sm arnt the best eatin fish out there u guys. pluss all of the pollution in our creeks i dont recomend anyone take the sm out if you want table fair go trout or catfishing leave our sm alone lol. the creek i sm fish has signs up and down the creek warning of sewage overflow and tells you not to have contact with the water but eat them if you want to risk it i did it once but i dnt plan on doing it anymore unless i get some nice panfish as they are not near as contaminated as the other bigger fish. as for giving reports on your favorite areas please do. who cares i want others to enjoy the same fishing that i do and i hope everyone will do the same and if i see you with a stringer of sm wading my creek im just gonna snag you with a giant trebel hook good luck fishing.

Thats why i share and they still have too catch them.I won't stop telling.I have had alot of help from the internet. In Al. they have a ton of SM and i have seen Timmy Horton doing a live bait show on how too catch them.Too get too where they are now on the creeks you have too hunt them down.Every bridge has anglers catching them too eat.I have done well too at every bridge in Allen,Warren,Simpson,Logan counties.
