i hit the main bridge off of seatonville rd and the water was high and the current was swift. the water was a little bit murky but im sure it will clear up soon with dry weather ahead. as i headed upstream i started throwing my rapala countdown 3 perch lure and landed 4 small SM and 2 very colorfull sunfish. well i lost my favorite lure in a tree go figureso then i tried my black spining rooster tail with no luck. i switched to a chartrues buzz bait and on my first cast i landed a 12 in smallie but i couldnt get my buzzbait to stay on top of the water so i tied on a spinner bait. i caught one small sm on it. With only 1 bend left before i got back to the bridge i tried a small green and orange rattle trap and **** snag. No wait this is a fish holy cow yehaww it was a very nice smallie that really toped off my day. oh yea i also tried a white twister tail for a while but i only caught one small crappie. i got there at about 630 wich is LATER than i like i probally went 3/4 a mile or so. i saw a huge owl and 2 deer walking threw the water i love the wildlife and seclusion that floyds fork has to offer. happy fishing and keep the reports coming
