i just recently started fishing floyds fork but its alot of fun some days are better than others as it is anywhere but it can produce 20in+ sm!! i have caught alot of sm between 11 an 15in i landed one today that was 17in. i have always fished off of seatonvile rd i live in jtown so i take billtown to seatonville rd then i park right next to the second bridge you come to on the right theres a big area you can pull off to park. i like wading upstream and i catch most my sm in about waist deep water i always cast nect to the weeds that hold fish and the pools of water at the end of the rapids along down trees and any cover. i have always used twister tails on jig heads at other places but i find that here they hit mostly on small cranks that imitate crawfish and bounce around off of the bottom i like the green/orange rapalas when the waters alitle merky and the tan/orange when its clear the small rapala crawdad and grasshoper cranks work great.sometimes a buzzbait or poper will produce smallies and rooster tails will catch panfish and some smallies. i havent yet tried redworms but i bet if you had some red worms and lite split shot and let it roll into the holes threw the rapids you would probly ccatch alot of fish? i have heard the bells mill rd area is good also but its in mt washington. and i have heard that otter creek is an awesome creek but i have yet to fish it let me know how you do or if you wanna go wade the fork
