Sears Model 148.12191, SN 07424, sewing machine built in 1973, and sewing machine table model 566.138. Machine works but runs slow. Last repair shop we had it to said it needed a new belt he could not find. Table bottom repainted and all hinges and doors work fine. Spring for assisting machine lift was removed but available.
