Does anyone know why the DNR doesnt pro-rate the buoys? I am not paying 450 dollars for half the season. Talked to Indy main office and Mounds office both...Indy office said I need to talk to the property mananger or assistant prop mgr....lady in the Mounds office was very rude and condesending, wouldnt even let me speak to either managers. Indy told me that the prop mananger sets up this policy...well if there are 50 buoys open (which there is) why wouldnt you pro rate the price? 200 to 300 dollars is better than leaving the buoy empty and getting nothing for it. Seems like bad business! These are the kind of people who are supposed to be educated but lack common sense. If you rented a home and moved in July 1, why would you be expected to pay may and june rent? JMO
