Wont work!! writing down the registration number and reporting it, is " he said you said" according to a game warden. I gave him the number of a cruiser that was throwing an enourmous wake on beaver creek on cumberland.Big enough that my boat almost tipped over,He said even pictures wont work in many cases.So when I said "if you dont see it, it didn't happen".
