Haven't been to Monroe since 1990

I havent been to Lake Monroe since 1990. Me and my girly are headin there thursday to fish all day. Any one willing to help where to start or any patterns?

I went out there this past weekend with my fiancee's family for pleasure boating... The water is still pretty high(beach is closed).... Lots of shrubs and trees are still well flooded. I can tell you there was a few areas I thought were visually convincing to be a decent place where bass were at.

If your bass fishing, there are plenty of flooded areas to go and pitch in and throw topwater around.

The Corps is dropping the lake very rapidly now, and the lake is only about 4 ft. high and pushing 90 degrees.....as said, good luck! Let us know how it went!
