You'll get better answers if you could give us the following:

Are you boater or Co-Angler (back of the boat)
What type of fish (Bass Crappie etc..)
What style do you prefer ie. Wormer, Cranker etc...
What type of tournament, draw or partner/Buddy

A back of the boat guy in some tournaments gets a rough way to go in some instances and need to be able to adapt to fishing a different way than the front of the boat guy so these things may/will help.....
