The best back of the boat lures on the FLW trail is the shakey head and a senko. Rig a 3/16 oz shakey style jig head on a spinning rod (my choice of combo's for this) and get a bag of watermelon candy Net Baits T-Mac's to rig on them.

This set up has caught fish for me almost everywhere I go, I sometimes alternate using a baby paca craw or a zoom trick worm depending on where I'm fishing. Higher winds I tie on a 1/4 oz or if I am using a baitcaster. Just drag and concentrate on the feel of the bait hitting each rock, twig or anything. I pop the paca's a few times but not too high just a foot or so off the bottom.

Other baits that will produce is a 3/8oz to 1/2 oz jig with a baby paca craw on it try to find peanut butter and jelly colors! First thing in the morning throw a popper till the sun gets high then resort to slower baits especially in this heat - hope I helped
