cedar creek where to park on week ends

went fishing on cedar this past weekend,put the boat in ok but there was nowhere to park because so many cars and suv,s parked for the swimers at the beach.

Your best bet would be to got to the third ramp, not exactly sure how to get there but I know it is after the 150 ramp at the ****, I am pretty sure it is hwy 1770 there are hardly any boats that put in there! Hope this helps. And I know that the other ramp old 150 you can get to by going down the first 1770 but I want to say there is another 1770 after that one,

there have been some break ins at the cowan ramp recently. i know of one where the back sliding glass was shattered and the vehicle robbed. i would go to ramp 2 at the end of old 150 (1770 off of new us 150).

Good to know, if you fist at night there are a lot of kids hanging out the 150 ramp drinking and doing burnouts so just watch out there too.

I've seen old 150 ramp packed as well. That other ramp is really steep if you ever try it you will never a 4x4 to get out. It looked like the beach was packed, the danville newspaper had an article on it.
