I seldom find any points to agree with Mr. Fisher on and I haven't read the link he posted but I see folks every year at tax time who receive the earned income credit find things they need such as (a tattoo they just can't do without, a new gun of some kind they just had to have, and a whole laundry list of these kinds of things they find to spend the money on), it would seem to me that if that is what most of these monies go for and a lot of it seems to be spent frivolously, then why are we giving it to them if they don't actually need it ...This does seem to be wasting tax money.
