Thanks!
Same fluke rigging we use on NRL for the lms and whitie jumps. I usually burn through a bag every evening, cause they TEAR THOSE THINGS UP!!!

and thats with no weight and a spinning rod right?
yes. spinning and weightless.
The zoom smoking shad 4" flukes are a great fluke to use right now with the majority of the feeding taking place on the smaller alewive shad IMO.

white pearl is a really good fluke color on rough
Hey Jackster! Went to Rough last friday night. Caught some really nice LM ( 3-4lbs.) about 8.00PM on channel banks with a little drop off. About 9.00 the LM and hybrids came up in the mouth of Pleasant creek and they were everywhere. We used 1/2oz. castmasters and had to let them fall about 6ft. down and rip them to get the better fish. Lasted about an hour, then that was it. Night fishing the rest of the night was terrrible.
First thanks to those who shared info. Got back last night.........caught a few bass on points using crankbaits. Nothing much on size. Caught quite a few hybrids and bass trolling crankbaits with a #12 pet spoon on a leader behind the crankbait. I usually go ahead and leave the front hook on the crank. I caught 2 bass at one time, one on the crank and one on the spoon. All fish came on main lake points near the mouths of the larger creeks and down the bank near the closed beach by the state park.
