I think everyone on this board knows about Dave Stewart. He has established a well-deserved reputation as a top-notch guide. I was wondering if anyone on the board has tried a different guide, and the results??? Thanks.

Why mess with the rest, when already know the best???
My opinion is that "Kicknbass.net" is excellent. He has the finest electronics available and knows how to use them. On the ledges he will show you the fish on his Structure Scan and then proceed to help you put them in his boat ( Ranger Z520 ). You will learn a lot from Randy K. on both fishing techniques and electronics setup. Check out his website or give him a call. You will not be disappointed.
I am not related to Randy and have never hired him. I just know how good he is.
I second Randy Kuhens and Buzzy Tackett. Although I'm not sure if Buzzy guides on KY or just does the Cuetico/Boundary Waters trip?! But Kicknbass.net (Randy Kuhens) is a top notch outfit. As is Dave, but when one is booked up the other is a good alternative. My opinion is that "Kicknbass.net" is excellent. He has the finest electronics available and knows how to use them.
