Actually 63 is pretty good for down there compared to years past. When you consider the air temps and almost middle of July. In fact it wasn't uncommon to find temps, in the mid-60's before dam repair. Also have to take into consideration that temp. reading are surface as water is cooler the deeper it is. Corp. could of had lake back to 680' their target level weeks ago yet cut back the flow. cutting the river level to very low. I like to think their keeping the extra water to spare the river. That thought is highly unlikely though.
