My understanding was that insurance rates around the country for the same aged person with the same health varies alot due to states limiting the number of carriers in the state? I ask why? If that's true, why? Why limit competition unless something crooked is going on....I'm going on memory so I know I prolly missed something there so maybe someone can chime in on that.
