Welcome.
Good thing the Russians are our 'friends' now, or your vocation could raise a few hackles. Apologies, but it creates a couple of questions in my mind.
What kind of rifle, and who buys your sights?

Welcome to the board. It is a great place to learn & share information with alot of great people.

Welcome.
Hello,
The Mosin-Nagant rifle. The Russians sighted these in for 350 yards or so. In wartime conscripted peasants were told to aim near the waist. A torso hit would be scored out about that far when holding like this.
That's good for fighting wars, but these are being imported by the millions. The American Rifleman wants something a bit more precise for his old Russian rifle, so I remanufacture and modify surplus front sights to allow him to adjust it to his needs.
Just C&R stuff -- I like old things, and in fact, my bass reel is an Abu 5000 from the '60s or '70s. Made in Sweden and still going strong.
