Penn Lake (hendricks co.)

Was looking on google earth and found Penn Lake in Hendricks Co, I think I am going to try that next week with my buddy, anyone ever try it before and had any luck?

Actually its not private property, I fought with the people who have a house on it because online it states that penn lake is public and I called the conservation officer in the local area and he told me to call the police, so I did that and they researched the property and the lake and found out that I could actually fish the area to the north, east and south. I have been there a couple times and caught some nice bass and crappie, pretty good fishing overall!
