Whens the last time you heard a peep about cap and trade? It's been a good 2 years since I've heard anything about it. Cap and trade is dead.

Obama opened up the Gulf to drilling and then the Gulf oil spill happened, I could be wrong but I think they opened up parts of it again.

Obama has done just as much or more on immigration as any recent POTUS.

Are gun laws really a lot stricter now than when Obama came into office? I really have no idea myself so that's why I'm asking but there was a lot of chicken littles posting about Obama taking their guns.

How is spending money in one country and not another a left thing?



Still don't see how you get "Right now with this administration we are heading this country so far left" after Obama extended the Bush tax cuts, has kept GITMO open, deported record number of illegals, extended the Patriot Act, kept both wars going and even started his own little war in Lybia just to mention a few of the not so left things he's done.

Everything Obama has done on immigration is eye wash. He hopes to have an amnesty plan to allow 13 million illegal immigrants to vote in the next election. If he succeeds then he's a shoe in. If he really wanted to cut the budget he would enforce immigration laws and tighten security at border. Then stop the flow of cash across the border into Mexico. This would cause many illegals to leave. The drain on our school systems and healthcare facilities would diminish. He should stop social security payments to illegals that haven't paid a dime into it. Stop college scholarships for illegal immigrants and stop federal aid to sanctuary cities.Operation fast and furious was preparation to gain political support for stricter gun laws. Watch for him to tighten gun laws soon. Spending money that we don't have is stupid. The country is all ready fighting two wars and has a huge deficit. Why go into Libya? To get us deeper in debt? He can't justify it because the same thing is happening in Syria and he didn't go in there. Don't tell me that the budget crisis is not his fault. He spent 3 trillion dollars since he has been in office and we still have a 9% unemployment rate. He jokes about his shovel ready projects while people are out of work.

Now whether you were misinformed or just throwing out some big number as red meat for the board pubs to eat up I have no idea but that is why I asked if the 13 million illegals that you claimed could get to vote was a result from the Dream Act or some other amnesty plan I hadn't heard about.

I don't know exactaly what time frame Michele Bachman is counting from for her sustained comment but if you look at unemployment rates from Apr. 1982 thru Sept. 1983 you won't find a rate lower than 9.2% and 10 out of 18 months over 10% so I guess she just decide to skip that time frame since Reagan was POTUS but of course that was all Carters fault, never mind I forgot that a previous administration can't be blamed for problems.

Common sense will tell you that it would be for the party that gave them the right to vote. Obama and the Dems want card check. Why? Jimmy Carter is loving Obama right now because he's no longer the worst president we ever had. Our government will be in gridlock for the rest of his term because he has not shown any competence in his job and the republicans won't let him have the keys to the car that was in the ditch because he just drove it in deeper. Well at least were back to you throwing out the number 13 million again. I'm done with the specutlive amnesty talk, so I guess we can rejoin it at a later date when it actually happens.

You know both parties has support from certain groups and they do things to keep them happy. Sadly it's just the way things are and part of the game.

I have left leaning ideas for the most part but I've voted for a few Pubs through the years, even voted for W. once. Never been a union member but have no problem with them for the most part.

I wish he, many of his adminstration and select Liberal citizens would actually put some of the blame on this Potus. I don't remember hearing them take any?? I don't remember the once Dem Controlled Congress taking any blame either.
Admitting they were wrong isn't gonna fix it but it would sure go a long way in learning from their mistakes...instead they blame eachother.
