Over on BBC I've heard a ton of people talk about the difference in customer service between Lowrance and HB....They say the HB is much better than the Lowrance....I've never personally dealt with either one, but that seems to be what everybody says....I know the Lowrance units had a ton of problems when they came out....About half the people I knew that had one, had problems....Tons of them were taking on moisture...Yet to hear anything bad about the HB units...I looked very seriously into getting one and did all my homework and from the results I could gather, HB seemed to be the way to go
