Hey guys -

I am on vacation this coming week and wanted to use the opportunity to take some of my family fishing with me. I normally bass fish but I am open to other styles to keep the kids and my mom busy.

I have a couple of specific questions-

I had seen a few weeks ago and read on here also that the Rough River Lake jumps were happening every night for the last couple of hours and then some mornings. I read on here that they are slowing down at Nolin. Can anyone verify that they Rough jumps are still kicking before I drive an hour to Rough in hopes of hooking into some good hybrids?

I want to take my mom out with me one morning next week. She used to go out with her dad in Arkansas but hasn't done it in years and I want her to see how beautiful it is at Patoka (Indiana resident). Is there any kind of bluegill or catfish bite going on there that I can set her up on? I am assuming the bass bite will a tough pattern for her. She likely needs to pitch out a Zebco with a bobber or something. Any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Jason
