Nada,zero,nothing,nil. No whites were jumping and the bait fish didn't like my little crappie jig.

But still it was a good trip. Knute (the heathen) and I talked retiree language and griped about the stock market, Obama, and the other things us old folks talk about.

We sat in the sun and smoked a cigar and looked at the river current floating by us. We left right at sundown.

I hope others do better catching than we did fishing today.
