You're missing the point. What does the amount of money we're printing have to do with anything? Only a small percentage of American dollars exist as cash. What exactly is he saying? We should shut down the US mints, and failure to do so is somehow "treason?" Sorry, but that's crazy talk.

Well......WHAT is our money backed by?? Our word. Seems to me, our word isn't worth CRAP. I know it really is based on our economy and our ability to generate economy, but that hasn't been going too good lately.

The only thing keeping our government, our economy, and our way of life from collapsing is the VERY FACT that everything around the world is pretty much traded in dollars.

THANK GOD the Euro stinks, the YEN stinks, the Yuan stinks, and pretty much everything else around the world........stinks. Dollars still rule, but if the day ever comes when the dollar doesn't rule..........NOTHING will help us.
