My best two this yr is a 5.10 smallmouth ( March Dale Hollow ) and a 5.04 largemouth at Barren River ( AUG ),
My biggest lm was 6lb 14oz out of a private subdivision lake. Kinda cheating there, so my biggest lm out of a lake was 5.68 and sm 4 lbs plus. Both same day on Green River Lake in June. Hopefully I can beat both of those. Some great fishing coming up.
The very first fish I caught this year was a 6 lb. LM but the biggest this year was just under 7 lbs. Both were at Rough River and both with a homemade jig. This has been a pretty good year for me with several 4 and 5 pounders that I have caught. It would be an even better year if I would actually catch them during a tournament but it never works out that way...

I've had 6 or 7 LM between 7lb 9oz and 7lb 15oz this year. Not one over 8 though. Its been a tough year night fishing, and thats when I usually catch my bigger fish.
My fish doesn't stand up to the competion of you guys . But best so far was 2lb. 5 oz. black crappie caught early March vertical jigging. Can't wait for fall to get a bigger one.
