    This biggest problem you have with a camper frame is they are not designed to tow anything. That's probably why the dealer told you no. The frames are light weight on campers just like the walls and interiors this cuts down on weight to make them easier to hall. I have seen many people do it on a fifth wheel but they are no different just more stable. I wouldn't do it if it were me.
