Im with Artcarney on this one....sounds like you may have it wired wrong......It took me a while to learn that I had to run a negative wire to a postive terminal to cross the batteries in a 24V system....You may google search it and find a diagram of how to hook it up...All of my lights would flash when i had it wired incorrectly, granted mine was a Dual Pro but I'm sure the same principles still apply

You did not have this problem until you changed the battery...so I'm guessing that something got switched around in the process. Busting fuses and replacing them shouldn't cause the issue you describe and I would consider that irrelevant at this point.
