It looks like nothing has changed since the Statue of Liberty was built in France in 1882. I wonder if the MLK Memorial was a gift to this country or if it's another piece of the taxpayers pie. Have you heard how much it cost?

I think it's unfortunate that the artist decided the mlk should look so mean and defensive. Being made in china wasn't a surprise to me......it's a sign of the times.
