Form into small patties and fry on med heat for a couple of minutes each side. But as of tonight, sorry Grandma but I have created the better salmon patty. Take 2 eggs and slightly beatin a bowl, add in 3 teaspoons of minced onions, 1/4 cup ketchup, and about 8 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, and a cup 1/3 of crushed saltiness crackers. Mix well and then add in a can of salmon that has been cleaned and skin removed. Add 1 cup of yellow corn and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and patty out into salmon patties. Fry in veg oil for a couple minutes on med on both sides until brown
The best salmon patty that I ever ate
