Headed back to Quetico......

As most know here, I go every year, and every other year, I get to go 2 times. This is the other year, so HERE I COME.

This will be a very, very deep trip. I'm headed to a lake called Kawnipi, and it will take this general route:

The first day in, we will probably do 13-15 miles.........next day 10 miles and two of the toughest portages I've ever taken.

I'm hoping the fishing is good.......no idea.

I have a friend that guides those waters, It's beautiful up there. I envy you right now, Trout, arctic char, walleye, northern, and surrounded by beautiful wilderness. You must be doing something right! Have fun and take care!
