Waldon lake

Has anyone ever bass fished Waldon Lake?? I think it is somewhere West of Rome City. Have NEVER been there and just needed some tips..

Been there a billion times........step dad had a cabin there. Unfortunately I have not been in at least 20 years.

Down by where the river dumps in maybe 1 miles a way there used to be a long point that came out into the water, white retaining wall. I used to stand there in the mornings with a rapala and hammer the bass.........some decent northerns in there too.

Decent crappie back in the day, but not too sure now.
