It has been confirmed by the DNR that the Ohio River will be included in the changes proposed by IDNR. Launching from a Ky ramp won't help. If the CO checks you and your boat is registered in Indiana you will fall under the rule no matter where you launched from. This is not good news. To give you an example yesterday I fished for a couple of hours and had one nice chunk that measured 14 3/4 inches. I also had three dinks. If the new rule goes in to effect I would have to keep the dinks and put the chunk back in the water.

I have no idea where these people come up with these hairbrained ideas. If they would survey the people fishing these rivers and streams they would get a better idea of what we need. As stated before, as a tournament diredtor we are getting bigger and better bags every year. I say work on getting rid of the carp and leave the bass alone.........
