Rough River Lake area

I'm coming down for a tournament this Saturday and staying in the area. I have never been here before and I'am bringing the family with me. Is there any flea markets ,antique shops in the area or something of that nature my wife and kids can go to while I'm fishing? You know the ole happy wife,happy life saying! They just need some ideas other than sitting at the lodge until I get off the water. I appreciate it!

Welcome to the area. I live in Leitchfield now and I am getting to know the area myself. There are a few options. You are close to Hardinsburg and Leitchfield so you can visit either place.

Leitchfield has a flea market over by walmart. One outdoor and two indoor. I would recomment ditching the lodge and going to eat at Farmer's Feed Mill in Leitchfield. That have great food and Fri and Sat night all you can eat catfish. There is a walmart in Leitchfield if you need to do any grocery shopping and there are a few other stores and shops to check out. There is a bowling alley in town, but I have never been.

If they get really bored in Leitchfield and have the time, Etown is about 30 min down the road and they have plenty to do
